The project scope included an exterior and interior remodel of an existing convenience store located at

Loyola Drive & Clemson Drive in Kenner, LA. The existing site contained a convenience store connected

to two tenant spaces. The existing building is approximately 3,500 square feet. The proposed project

included the exterior renovation of the existing building using design elements and materials that were

used on the newest Bother’s locations. The interior renovations included the reconfiguration of the existing

c-store to maximize sales floor space and visibility to the coolers. All interior finishes were updated to

match the current Brother’s interior finish package.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project included the renovation of existing buildings located on an existing convenience store / gas

station site located on Lapalco Boulevard and Wall Street in Harvey, LA. The project included the

renovation of an existing c-store located on the west side of the existing site while adding approximately

1,200 square feet on the south side of the same building. The building was remodeled to change the store

frontage to face Wall street. The adjacent garage space located to the north of the remodeled space is

approximately 4,200 square feet and was subdivided into three separate tenant spaces.

The project included a new convenience store / gas station located on Ralph Darden Memorial Parkway in

Charenton, LA. The current site was undeveloped and the building ended up being 4,045 square feet based

on the food program selected. Design considerations for the exterior included design features, color schemes

of the nearby casino to help identify the convenience stores’ relevance to the casino.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project included the renovation of an existing convenience store including exterior and interior modifications located on LA Highway 30 in Gonzales, Louisiana. The total area of the building is approximately 2,983 square feet. The scope of the work for the interior included the demolition of the interior space as required to allow for new interior, remove the existing cashier counter, remove and replace the cooler doors with LED lighting, remove and replace all ceiling tiles and grid, interior to be re-finished with new drywall, relocation of electrical and plumbing as necessary for new equipment, repair/replacement of ceramic floor. The scope of work for the exterior included structural modifications as required for the grand entry tower, new brick and stone veneers, new EIFS system and new meal awnings.
