We provide architecture, master planning, urban design, construction cost consulting, and interior design services for a wide range of clients and project types. We work with private owner-users, speculative developers, public/governmental bodies and institutional clients on projects ranging from feasibility studies to complete design and construction of complex facilities. 

We craft an appropriate design team for each project, with design skill and experience, workflow control and cost effectiveness paramount in our selection process. We are experienced in various project delivery methodologies, including traditional design bid-build, fast-tracked multi-prime, negotiated, construction management, design-build and integrated project delivery scenarios.

For the commercial client we specialize in fast-food and convenient store prototypes, but Mr. Richard has experience with many types of projects. We’ve designed over 50 C-stores in the past four years not only in Louisiana, but in other states. Mr. Richard is licensed in LA, MS, GA, AL, FL, TX, and NC.
