 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project shall include a new sausage production facility located in Palmetto, Louisiana.  The facility shall be based on a preliminary floor plan provided by the client.  The pre-engineered metal building shall be approximately 15,000 to 22,000 square feet and a 24’ eave height depending on bids.  The facility shall be designed to accommodate future expansion.  The building shall be designed to allow for multi-level palletized rack storage in designated areas of the facility with a live load of 300 lbs / sq. ft
