The building consists of five office /warehouse lease spaces with a bathroom & kitchenette in each. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project includes a new freestanding single story office building located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The building is 13,126 square feet. A separate storage building is located at the rear of the property and is approximately 1,000 square feet. The facility houses the LHSAA along with a Hall of Fame that is accessible to the public. The Hall of Fame is large enough to display 220 existing plaques and allows for room to expand for an additional 140 plaques. The facility also contains a multi-purpose media room that can accommodate up to 60 people. The building houses 20 staff members and allows room for future expansion. A board room is also part of the program and large enough to house up to 14 occupants. A break room / warming kitchen is located within the facility to accommodate the staff and restrooms are provided for office staff as well as for public use (to support the Hall of Fame and multi-purpose room).
