This project was a new construction of a 4,400 square feet banking facility.  The free standing

branch location included two drive thru teller lanes, a night depository, and ATM access.

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Addition and Renovation to existing bank. Three additional drive through teller lanes were added

with provisions for an ATM at end of aisle. 

MONROE TELCO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION West Monroe, LA

AREA: 12,380 SQ FT

CONSTRUCTION COST: 2.2 Million

COMPLETION: 2003

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

New two story banking facility with a total area of 12,380 square feet.  The free standing main

operations building included four drive thru lanes, a night depository, and a free standing ATM

drive up kiosk.  

SICILY ISLAND STATE BANK Sicily Island, LA

AREA: 4,570 SQ FT

CONSTRUCTION COST: 550,000

COMPLETION: August 2003

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Renovation / addition to existing bank including renovation / addition of the existing lobby,

relocation / expansion of the CEO office, addition of a new board room, addition of several

individual offices, addition of separate sex restrooms, small break room with kitchenette, and

maximizing the remaining space for efficient office management.
