 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project shall include the site adaptation of the Brooke’s Sno-World prototype design set on U.S. Highway 90 in Luling, Louisiana.  The prototype set to be used is dated 10/10/214 and is approximately 1,850 square feet.  Design considerations shall also include a minimum indoor dining space and provisions for outdoor dining space.   The building design and the organization of the building spaces shall be ultimately determined by prototype design set, current code constraints, and local zoning ordinances.  

 

MR.RONNIE'S DONUTS

AREA: 2420 SQ FT

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project shall include the site adaptation of the Mr. Ronnie’s Famous Hot Donuts prototype design set on U.S. Highway 90 in Luling, Louisiana.  The prototype set to be used is dated September 2013 and is approximately 2,425 square feet.  Design considerations shall also include provisions for outdoor dining space.   The building design and the organization of the building spaces shall be ultimately determined by prototype design set, current code constraints, and local zoning ordinances.  

 

VINO PIANO BAR

AREA: 6998 SQ FT

CONSTRUCTION COST: $1.25 MILLION

 PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project shall include the prototype development of a piano bar based on the original location in Houma, Louisiana.   The completed prototype is intended to be used for site adaption for potential free standing locations.  Site specific site adaption drawings shall be considered under a separate agreement.  The free standing project shall be approximately 6,800 square feet.  Main components for the facility shall include space for a raised performance platform that is large enough to contain a full size piano and three piece band, another larger performance stage area for larger performances, a full service bar area, a limited menu restaurant, restrooms, and an outdoor patio for outdoor venue/ smoking areas.  Design considerations shall include making the piano performance stage the main focal point of the project and maximizing views for all areas of the building to the piano performance stage.  The larger stage shall be designed to face the larger portions of the building without blocking the piano performance stage.  Seating shall be designed to focus attention on the piano performance stage or the larger performance stage.    Seating shall also be arranged around the raised piano performance stage.  The raised piano performance stage shall slowly rotate 360 degrees to maximize exposure of the performers on stage.
