ARCHITECT:

We are currently seeking a registered architect with 3 to 5 years minimum experience. Job description as follows:

• able to oversee and organize project teams from the initial phases of a project to completion.
• able to work well with clients from initial contact to completion.
• established skills in a number of areas including those not necessary for construction document production. (ie, contracts, specifications, public relations, marketing, personnel, quality assurance, etc.)
• well developed programming and design skills
• well developed skills in fee estimating, project proposals, project budgeting, project time and cost management skills
• proven leadership and administration skills.
